Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the California Arts garment tags are still securely attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned pieces, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
